We're growing a global coaching team and we're looking for experienced, certified surf coaches who want to add remote coaching to what they're already doing. You don't need to be in a specific timezone or location. You just need to know what you're looking at when you watch someone surf, and be able to put that into clear, useful feedback.
Our coaches review each other's work through a peer feedback system, so you're joining a community of coaches who are all invested in keeping the quality high. If you've got 5+ years in the water and an ISA or equivalent certification, scroll down and apply.

What We're Looking For

ISA or equivalent national coaching certification

5+ years coaching experience in the water

Ability to analyze footage and deliver clear, practical feedback
