You built the better wave.
We build the better surfer.

Remote coaching for surf parks. Your guests' footage becomes expert video analysis that turns first-time visitors into surfers who keep coming back.

What ALORA Is

ALORA is a remote coaching network built for surf parks. Your facility already captures every wave your guests ride. We turn that footage into expert analysis: an annotated video breakdown and two or three specific priorities for each surfer to work on next.

Concrete enough to act on, and practicable only at your park.

Annotated video: A professional coach breaks the ride down frame by frame. Drawn lines, slow motion, and a clear explanation of what happened and why.

Specific priorities: Two or three things to fix next session. Not vague encouragement. A plan.

Progress over time: Each review builds on the last, so a guest can see how far they've come. The single strongest reason anyone renews anything.

Coaching, delivered as a service.

The Case for Coaching

The hardest problem in this industry isn't the wave. It's the second visit.

Your wave is perfect and repeatable. What isn't guaranteed is the guest coming back to ride it again.

The one thing that reliably brings a surfer back is progress. Feeling themselves getting better. That's what coaching creates, and it's the piece most parks are missing.

The industry is growing faster than its guests are improving.

More parks open every year, but only about a quarter of guests ever become regulars. The rest plateau and drift away. The growth is in developing the surfers you already have, not chasing new ones.

What it does for your park.

Fills the sessions that don't sell: The beginner and intermediate slots are the hardest to fill. A guest with something to work on comes back to work on it, and the only place to do that is your lagoon.

Moves guests up your pricing tiers: Progression turns the beginner who plateaus into the intermediate, then the advanced surfer who books the higher-priced session that's already in demand.

Keeps members from cancelling: A member who can see themselves improving doesn't churn. Visible progress is the most durable retention tool a membership park has.

Adds nothing to your workload: No software to learn. No new hires. No equipment. No pool time consumed. You make an introduction. We do the rest.

Nothing about your operation changes.

Your park runs exactly as it does today: Your existing cameras capture the session. Your staff do nothing differently.

Footage reaches us: A shared folder, a batch upload, or an integration with your capture system. We handle organizing it.

Our coaches review: Coaches averaging over ten years in the water, certified through the ISA or their national federations, working in your guests' own languages.

Feedback reaches your guest: Under our brand, or entirely under yours. Your call.

Three ways to work together.

Coaching Blocks: Buy coaching in volume at a wholesale rate and bundle it into session packages, memberships, or progression programmes. You control the margin.

Coaching Services Account: Send us footage in bulk. We review it, you deliver it under your own branding. Billed per submission, twice monthly.

Referral Partnership: No cost, no commitment. Share a partner link and earn on every guest who continues with us.

The coaching is the product.

Our coaches average over ten years in the water and are certified through the ISA or their own national surfing federations. They work across countries and languages, because technical feedback only lands when a guest fully understands it.

And reviewing footage is a more rigorous form of coaching than a shouted tip from the side of the lagoon. A coach with the clip watches it four times, slows it down, draws on it, and compares it against that surfer's last three sessions.

Every serious sport figured this out decades ago. Nobody thinks film study is the budget option.
