What counts as one submission?
A single submission is defined as one continuous video clip of a single wave. We recommend capturing the full sequence from the moment you start the takeoff until the end of the ride to ensure accurate feedback.
Can I upload multiple clips?
Yes, you can upload multiple clips within a single session. However, each review is limited to one clip per submission to maintain the high standard of personalized attention and turnaround time.
How fast does feedback arrive?
Standard reviews are processed within 48 hours. Our Elite plans offer a dedicated lead coach and a 24-hour turnaround for priority feedback on your most critical sessions.
Are longboard surfers eligible?
Yes, ALORA is a performance-first platform that works for all board types. Whether you are riding shortboards or longboards, our feedback is built around your actual surfing habits and technical execution.
Can I change my plan or roll over unused reviews?
Plans are subscription-based and cannot be changed mid-cycle. Unused reviews do not roll over to the next billing period. We encourage you to plan your submissions around your active coaching cycle.
